Matt Amore (Pequannock, N.J.) pitched a one-hit shutout to help Gordon to a 1-0 win in game one, while Scott Hall (Weymouth, Mass.) held off a late rally to complete the sweep, 3-2, in the nightcap.

As announced by Athletic Director Jonathan Tymann, Rob Mansfield has been named Gordon's head baseball coach effective August 2014. Mansfield first joined the Fighting Scots as an assistant in December of 2012.
