April 21, 2018 #6 Cortland Maintains SUNYAC Lead With Two Wins at New Paltz NEW PALTZ, N.Y. - Mike Harrington (Glens Falls) tossed a complete game shutout, including a career-high 11 strikeouts, in a seven-inning contest as nationally sixth-ranked Cortland defeated New Paltz, 5-0, to complete a doubleheader sweep over the Hawks on the road. Cortland captured the nine-inning opener, 6-3, and has now won 20 consecutive games.
April 18, 2018 Multiple Arms Lead #6 Cortland Past Utica, 8-3, for 18th Straight Victory CORTLAND, N.Y. - Seven Cortland pitchers, led by starter Andrew Barnes (Rochester, NH/Spaulding), combined to scatter eight hits and Colin BeVard (Syracuse/West Genesee) hit a three-run double to spark a five-run second inning as the nationally sixth-ranked Red Dragons defeated visiting Utica College, 8-3, in a non-league game recently added to the schedule.

April 14, 2018 Cortland's Christian Dufresne Throws No-Hitter to Open Red Dragons' Sweep of Elmira CORTLAND, N.Y. - Cortland senior left-hander Christian Dufresne (Cocoa, FL/Space Coast) stole the show on Senior Day by throwing the 19th no-hitter in program history and the first since 2011 as the nationally 10th-ranked Red Dragons defeated Elmira, 8-1, in the first game on a non-league doubleheader.
April 10, 2018 Joe Brown Second-Fastest D3 Coach to 700 Wins as Cortland Defeats Ithaca, 10-4 ITHACA, N.Y. - Justin Teague (North Syracuse/Cicero-North Syracuse) drove in six runs on a pair of three-run doubles as nationally 10th-ranked Cortland defeated host Ithaca, 10-4, to give Red Dragon head coach Joe Brown his 700th career victory. Brown, in his 19th season at Cortland, is now 700-179-3. He is the second-fastest Division III coach to reach the 700-win mark, accomplishing the feat in 882 games. Legendary Marietta College coach Don Schaly hit the 700-win plateau in his 876th game. In all, Brown is the 38th Division III coach to win 700 games.
April 9, 2018 Cortland Shuts Out Fredonia, 7-0, to Reach 20-Win Mark CORTLAND, N.Y. - Isiah Hudson (Hyde Park/FDR) pitched four innings of three-hit relief as Cortland defeated Fredonia, 7-0, to complete a three-game SUNYAC series sweep. The nationally 10th-ranked Red Dragons have now won 12 consecutive games and improved to an 11-1 SUNYAC record, and at 20-6 overall have reached the 20-win mark for the 29th straight year.
