March 18, 2017 No. 4 BSC Blanks Centre in Doubleheader DANVILLE, Ky. – No. 4 Birmingham-Southern baseball shutout Southern Athletic Association rival Centre College Saturday in both games of its doubleheader. BSC (16-4) won 9-0 and 1-0 to improve to 5-0 in conference play.
March 15, 2017 Vassar steals a win on Wednesday Brockport grabbed their third win in four games on Wednesday but it was another New York Region team that pulled off a rare feat. Vassar's triple steal scored the winning run to defeat Cairn 6-5. In Binmingham, No 1 Emory dominated at No. 4 Birmingham-Southern.
March 10, 2017 No. 4 Panthers Sweep SAA Season Opener BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The No. 4 Birmingham-Southern baseball team swept Oglethorpe University 7-4 and 5-2 to open Southern Athletic Association play 2-0 this season. The Panthers' bullpen struck out 24 batters and gave up just six earned runs over the two games to help the team improve to 13-3 overall.
March 4, 2017 Weisberg Gets 300th, No. 3 Panthers Sweep Day BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The No. 3 Birmingham-Southern baseball team gave Head Coach Jan Weisberg his 300th win at BSC with their two-game sweep Saturday, making him the fastest coach in program history to hit the mark. The Panthers defeated University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh 6-3 and then took down Transylvania 6-2 in the nightcap to improve to 11-3 on the year.
March 2, 2017 Late Run Lifts Adrian over No. 3 Panthers BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – No. 3 Birmingham-Southern baseball dropped its first game since Feb. 19 Thursday night at Striplin Field. The Panthers fell 3-2 against Adrian College to move to 9-3 overall on the year.
February 14, 2017 Birmingham-Southern stops La Grange win streak No. 6 Birmingham-Southern put an end to La Grange's six game win streak and Virginia Wesleyan upset No. 24 Salisbury. N.C Wesleyan and William Peace fell to non-DIII opponents on a light schedule for the day.
