Hunter, Kitchens repeat on preseason list
From 2008 National Champion Trinity (Conn.), battery mates, Sean Killeen and Jeremiah Bayer bookend the 2009 D3baseball.com Preseason All American first team. Joining Killeen and Bayer are 32 of the best D-III baseball players in the nation.

2008 batting champion SS Brian Kolb, Wheaton (Ill.) is joined by 1B Sean Claugherty, St. Scholastica, 2b Randy Boyle, Salisbury, and 3B John Wagle, Augustana in an all-star infield. With two time Preseason All American, Hunter Owen, Millsaps, the first team outfield includes two representatives from the Mid-Atlantic region in Brian Youchak, Johns Hopkins and Mike Guadango, William Paterson. 2008 D3baseball.com All American designated hitter Chris Dunham was also named on the first team.

Eleven game winner, Blake Booher, Texas-Tyler joins Bayer on the first team pitching staff. Rounding out the pitching staff are Wayde Kitchens, Chapman and Shawn Gilblair, Eastern Connecticut State, both repeating for the second year as D3baseball.com Preseason All Americans.
